1. What COINOP is

COINOP is a website that helps people create tokens on Pump.fun and turns every coin launched through it into a free browser game. COINOP is an independent interface. It is not Pump.fun, is not affiliated with Pump.fun, and does not operate the Solana blockchain or the Pump.fun programs.

2. Non-custodial

COINOP never holds your funds or private keys. Every transaction is built for you and signed in your own wallet (for example Phantom or Solflare). Once you sign and broadcast a transaction it cannot be reversed by COINOP or anyone else. You are responsible for reviewing what your wallet asks you to sign.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live. Do not use COINOP if you are in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list.

4. Launching coins

• You are solely responsible for the coins you create, their names, images and descriptions, and any statements you make about them.
• You must own or have the right to use the image you upload. Do not upload other people's copyrighted work or trademarks without permission.
• Coins must follow the content rules. We may hide coins, remove images or disable games at our discretion. Removal from COINOP does not remove anything from the blockchain.
• Do not describe your coin as an investment, promise returns, or mislead buyers.

5. Games, scores and the Score Pot

• Games are free to play. Playing never requires a purchase or a deposit.
• Official leaderboard scores require signing in with a wallet. We run automated checks and may remove scores we believe were cheated, and ban wallets that cheat.
• A coin's creator may choose to route their Pump.fun creator fees to top players using Pump.fun's on-chain fee-sharing feature ("Score Pot"). The creator controls whether this is on and when the split is updated. COINOP does not hold, guarantee or pay these funds, and does not promise any player will receive any amount.

6. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on COINOP is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are extremely risky and usually lose most or all of their value. Read the risk disclosure. COINOP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy of market data or the outcome of any transaction.

7. Fees

COINOP currently charges no fee. You pay Solana network fees, Pump.fun's own fees and any amount you choose to buy, all shown in your wallet before you sign.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, COINOP and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost funds, failed or delayed transactions, smart-contract or third-party failures, or token price changes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
